Reza Ahmadi, Ph.D
Reza has 20 years experience working with organizations and leaders to develop impactful business strategies, design effective organizations, create high performance cultures and lead complex organizational change. His consulting experience spans organizational and leadership development, organizational assessment, process development, workplace strategy and change management.
Organizations rely on him to quickly assess performance inhibitors and enablers, and identify actions to allow them to deliver on their strategic objectives. To this end he has led numerous organization assessments, developed strategies for cross functional collaboration, designed organizations to execute specific businesses strategies, and executed large change campaigns.
High stakeholder engagement and collaboration are hallmarks of his work, and essential to developing practical actions, and allowing new knowledge to become embedded in his client’s organizations. He has a strong background in Organizational Psychology and brings his clients a rich systems perspective and a focus on narrative as key pathways toward action, development and change at the individual, team and organizational level.
Prior to his current focus Reza was a member of Jones Lang LaSalle Strategic Consulting, Interplay Learning Corp, Mariposa Leadership and Hagberg consulting. Reza holds a BA in Psychology from UC Santa Barbara, a PhD in Organizational Psychology from the California School of Professional Psychology and is Six Sigma Certified.
